To brew the perfect cup, we recommend measuring 4g or 4 tsp of tea per 250ml of water, heating the water to 80°C, and infusing the tea for 2 minutes. This tea can be brewed multiple times, and for iced tea, simply brew the same way, chill, and then add ice. Feel free to experiment with the addition of honey, lemon, or other ingredients to enhance the flavor further.
